$200 / hour.
One rate, no lock-in. Spend the hours where they matter: design review, implementation, debugging, architecture, or ongoing technical help.
- Hourly: focused help, code review, and unblocking.
- Project: fixed scope, clear milestones, known cost.
- Retainer: a senior engineer on call, week after week.
